2) We send brochure + agreement
Services brochure + framework agreement for review. Review time depends on your company's internal process.
3) First operational
After signature, we accept the first FIT or group quote request. The standard reply lead time applies from that point.

Which source markets do you currently serve?
We work with agencies from France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, the UK, Russia, Belgium, Serbia, Belarus, Sweden, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Iraq, Morocco and Algeria, plus additional markets on request.
What are your reply lead times?
Standard reply time for routine inquiries (FIT, groups) within Tunisia business hours: typically same business day. For complex files (MICE, charters, large groups): within 48 hours with a detailed quote.
Do you offer net Tour-Operator (TO) rates?
Both: net TO rates for sales partners with committed volume, and FIT rates for unit bookings. We sign a framework agreement that sets pricing and payment terms per partner.
What languages do you handle operationally?
Arabic, French, English as core languages. Italian, German and Russian available through hotel partners and ground teams.
