Acceptance

By making a booking, request or enquiry with Rinad Tours, you agree to these Terms. They apply to all our services: hotel bookings, flights, tours, Umrah packages, and visa assistance.

Definitions

• "Agency" / "we": Rinad Tours, Tunis, Tunisia.
• "Customer" / "you": the natural or legal person making a booking.
• "Service": any travel-related service we offer.
• "Booking": a confirmed reservation paid in full or with a deposit.

Booking and payment

Bookings are confirmed only upon written acceptance and receipt of the agreed payment (full amount or deposit). Accepted payments: bank transfer (IBAN TN59 0406 9154 0080 3829 9784), cash at our offices, or card via our payment partners.

Prices and currency

Quoted prices are in Tunisian Dinar (TND) unless otherwise indicated. Hotel rates may be displayed in USD and converted at the current Rinad Tours rate (~ 3.20 TND / USD). Prices may change until your booking is paid and confirmed; we honour any quote within 48 hours unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Cancellation

Cancellation conditions vary by supplier (hotel, airline, ETG, visa centre). Conditions are communicated before payment. Once confirmed, refunds depend on the specific cancellation policy of the booked service. Visa-application fees and government charges are non-refundable.

Liability

Rinad Tours acts as an intermediary between you and travel-service suppliers (hotels, airlines, ETG, visa authorities). We are not liable for losses caused by acts of suppliers (delays, cancellations, downgrades, accommodation issues) beyond our reasonable control, force majeure, or factual changes after booking confirmation. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all international trips.

Visa assistance

Visa applications are reviewed by the relevant embassy or consulate, not by Rinad Tours. We prepare files diligently but cannot guarantee approval. Our visa-assistance fee is for our service only and is non-refundable in case of refusal.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete information (passport, names, dates).
• Verify your travel documents and visa validity before departure.
• Arrive on time for flights, transfers and check-ins.
• Comply with destination-country rules and laws.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.
