Rinad Travel is a travel and tourism service provider. We organize and promote tours, hotel bookings, flights, and related travel services in cooperation with our local and international partners.

3. Bookings and payments

  • Some services may require a deposit or full prepayment. The amount and deadline will be clearly communicated before you confirm the booking.

  • Our standard working currency is the Tunisian Dinar (TND). If another currency is shown, it is for information only and may change according to exchange rates.
  • Local taxes, city taxes, resort fees, or additional charges by hotels and airlines may apply and are the responsibility of the traveler.

5. Changes and cancellations

  • Change and cancellation conditions depend on the specific offer, airline, hotel, or supplier.
  • Some bookings are non-refundable and cannot be changed once confirmed.
  • Where changes or cancellations are permitted, suppliers may charge a fee in addition to any service fee applied by Rinad Travel.
  • All requests for change or cancellation must be sent to us in writing (email, WhatsApp, or other official channels).

6. Travel documents and requirements

  • You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visa, health documents, and any other entry requirements for your destination.
  • We may provide general information, but we are not responsible if you are denied boarding or entry due to missing or incorrect documents.

7. Our responsibility

  • We act as an intermediary between you and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, and local partners.
  • Each provider is responsible for the quality and safety of their own services and applies their own terms and conditions.
  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, losses, or damages caused by airlines, hotels, or other third parties, or by events beyond our control (force majeure such as strikes, weather, political events, or natural disasters).

8. Your responsibilities

  • To provide true and correct information when making a booking.
  • To respect local laws, customs, and regulations in all destinations.
  • To arrive on time for flights, transfers, tours, and activities.
  • To inform us promptly of any issue or complaint during your trip so that we can assist where possible.

9. Privacy and data protection

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Website or making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy.
